Note : To enable the collection of your SportsCash each month, we need you to nominate a payment card (Visa/MasterCard/EFTPoS). It's simple and safe to do - and makes SportsCash automatic & seamless. 

Note : To enable the payment of your SportsCash, we need details of the bank account you wish the money to be paid into. You will be asked for those details once you have a SportsCash balance.

4. From your online shopping by buying via our Online Shopping Centre

Your SportsCash is automatically and seamlessly processed when you buy from our participating retailers.

When you pay at our Marketplace retailers with your nominated payment card, we collect the currency_name within 5 working days and automatically add it to your SportsCash account

When you buy a shopping voucher, restaurant egift card or movie/event ticket from us, your SportsCash is collected and processed within 3 business days.

When you shop online via us, the SportsCash may take up to 90 days to be collected depending on the returns polivy of the retailer.

At the end of each month, the balance in your SportsCash is processed credited back to you - and your contributions you have chosen are forwarded to the club.

Note that a minimum of $10 is required in a  SportsCash account before redemptions are processed.

Your balance will be prominently shown on the home page when you log in. You can also check your balance and transaction history at any time by clicking on the ‘My Profile’ button.

For an online purchase at via Online Shopping Centre or Shop Sports, your account will be updated within 72 hours. Initially, you will see the SportsCash you have just earned as a 'pending' amount. Payment u can take up to 90 days depending on the returns policy of the retailer, 

Card Linking & Automatic Rewards is the seamless process that makes it easier and simpler for you to earn SportsCash from our Marketplace retailers.

You no longer have to download a voucher or remember to come to our website to get access to SportsCash.

Card Linking links you, your nominated card and the retailer together in our ecosystem. You just need to buy using the payment card you nominated with us. We then get the SportsCash from the retailer and credit it to your nominated bak account.

It all happens seamlessly, securely and automatically. Without you even knowing!

Your SportsCash is automatically and seamlessly processed when you buy from our participating retailers.

When you pay at our Marketplace retailers with your nominated payment card, we collect the SportsCash within 5 working days and automatically add it to your SportsCash account

Yes. Your card details are secure - all details are ‘tokenised’ so we never see your card information. All card data goes through our partners who are ‘PCI compliant’.

Payment card industry (PCI) compliance refers to the technical and operational standards that businesses follow to secure and protect credit card data provided by cardholders and transmitted through card processing transactions.

Yes. Our system will recognise your physical card or your mobile card when you pay at an EFTPOS terminal or via online checkout.

In order to be eligible for SportsCash you must.

i. make a purchase with a Participating Retailer

ii. use a Visa Card or Mastercard that you nominated when you joined

iii. if you make a purchase using electronic funds transfer at a physical terminal over the counter point of sale, make your purchase using the "credit" function ("CR") for payment at the time of purchase whether or not your Visa Card or Mastercard is a credit card, debit card, or prepaid reloadable card. Note when you tap your card, the terminal automatically uses “CR”.

Shopping & Leisure Vouchers are electronic or eGift Cards which you buy from us before you go shopping. You then use them to pay when shopping. They enable you to earn up tp 7.5% SportsCash from your everyday shopping at over 50 major national brands. 

Restaurant vouchers are vouchers from Good Food Gift Card or Gourmet Traveller Gift Card for over 650 restaurants around Australia where you earn 7.5% SportsCash

They are great for presents or to save money on your own everyday purchases,

Your Voucher is emailed to you as soon as we receive the funds. It also appears in your eWallet at our website and app at the same time.

Normally within one hour. But under some circumstances it may be delayed up to 3 business day depending on receipt of funds from your bank.

Yes. The expiry date will be prominently displayed on the eVoucher.

The cost depends on your method of payment.  There is no charge for paying direct from your bank account via Fast2Pay. There is a processing fee for paying by payment card

You can pay for Shopping Vouchers by Bank Transfer EFT (via a service called Fast2Pay) so you don’t need to pay the fees charged when you pay via Visa or Mastercard.

Ampol Vouchers are electronic or eGift Cards which you buy from us before you go to top up your car. You then use them to pay at the check out.

You get 5% SportsCash with every voucher.

Your voucher is emailed to you as soon as we receive the funds. It also appears in your eWallet at our website and app at the same time.

Ampol Vouchers can only be used at participating Ampol stations. There's over 600 around Australia. For locations, go to the Ampol Store Locater

Shop Online offers you a wide range of online shopping stores to choose from. There are over 150 brands.

Simply select your favourite online retailer from our network, then click-through to go shopping

By shopping via Shop Online, you earn SportsCash with each purchase. So if your favourite online shop is part of our network, it makes sense to shop via us because you earn SportsCash you wouldn’t normally receive.

But you must access the retailer from our website so that we can track your purchases and collect your SportsCash.

Simply browse through our retailers at our website and find where you would like to shop. Click on the logo and you will be then linked directly to the store site. Purchase the item(s) you want.

Each purchase will earn you SportsCash which will be credited to your account as soon as the funds are received from the retailer.

1. You must click-through to the online retailer via our site. If you don’t we can’t track your purchase

2. Don’t shop via an incognito browser

3. Don’t disable or block cookies. We track your purchases by tracing your cookies from your browser

4. Shop straightaway to ensure the cookie tracking will work. If you compare prices or leave the tab open for a long time, the cookie tracking may break and you will not get your SportsCash.

a. there are no joining fees

b. there may be a fee for each Shopping Voucher you purchase depending on your means of payment

c. there is a processing and administration fee of $1.00 that is charged when the SportsCash in a members account is processed at the end of each month. If there is no SportsCash in a members account then no fees are charged

Note that a minimum of $10 is required in a SportsCash account before redemptions are processed.

If your enquiry is about SportsCash , you need to provide us with the store name, the transaction date and amount plus the order number which you will find on your receipt from the retailer.  We will then contact the retailer and come back to you.
